JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Accounting Projects Administrator will work closely with the corporate controller and the company operations department on various financial reporting projects.  They will assist with billing, developing spreadsheets, and various other accounting related projects.  Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines.and produce accurate results.
 
Essential Functions

  • Communicates verbally and in writing with internal and external persons regularly.
  • Develops spreadsheets and reports utilizing Excell and other Accounting Software.
  • File documents with accuracy and speed in alphabetical and numerical order.
  • Utilize office equipment; computer, multi-line phone, two-way radio, fax, copier, scanner, and shredder
  • Maintain confidentiality

Required Education & Experience
Prefer High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year accounting experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
 
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must pass criminal background check.
Must be able to pass initial and random drug screening.
