Oversee, lead, & train a team of cleaners and their supervisory team. May perform custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors. Works within a team and individually to accomplish goals. Accountable for; building assessments, payroll reporting, account budgets, inventory control, staff scheduling, leadership and training of team members, problem resolution, reporting, safety, security, account upkeep, employee coaching / facilitation of corrective action and other duties as assigned.

1. Quickly, appropriately and legally handle the day to day operations of a janitorial contract(s); written, oral, and electronic communication, report creation, budgeting, inventory control, flexibility within schedule, and regular travel within a designated service area.
2. Maintenance and upkeep of company vehicle.
3. Provide janitorial services requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift / carry 35+ lbs regularly.

Supervises Supervisors, Lead Cleaners, and Cleaners
The Manager performs their work in a variety of building settings; office, warehouse, theater, hospital, government, manufacturing facility, and other general public and private common areas.
Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, twists, and moves continually during working hours. Is subject to lifting / carrying over 35 pounds.
This position may travel nightly for the purpose, care, and supervision of one or more buildings within a specified geographical area. Employees are responsible for the care, reporting, and safe use of all company vehicles
Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma / GED with 2 years Managerial experience
or Associates Degree with 1 years Managerial experience
Preferred Education & Experience
1 year Cleaning experience
2-4 years Managerial experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must pass criminal background check.
Must pass Motor Vehicle Record check
Must pass initial and random drug screening.
Must possess Driver's License, Proof of Insurance and have a clean driving record.
